This project is planned for 3 months backward.
The concept that we make is Tropical Modern Minimalism, why? Because humans need fresh air, plants, flowers, trees are very helpful, it can be said of the temperatures so that they stay young.
My concept is apply this, to trigger the owner does not get bored seeing and being in the house. can say this is a resting place after heavy work, with the concept of a healthy room, the owner will not feel body pain when I wake up, the air circulation system that we make is appropriate with wind cycles blowing.

I created this villa concept with traps and traps, because the land is a former paddy field with a DPT foundation with sufficient compaction, the position of the top land becomes a villa building whose views down are amazingly beautiful. in the picture.
This kitchen is quite big and has a big yard, so if there is a meal, eat a very large amount of land, plus a large view of a large fish.

The sloping terrain and the position of the land that is not quite right with the design to be made, then I made this design tilted opposite to the location of the plot.
That way I can have a lot of access, for example a wide front parakeet, a garage in front that can fit 4 cars, of course my concept is not far from modern minimalist tropical. The structure of this building is very sturdy on the 1st floor and 2nd floor I use IWF 350 in combination with IWF 200 and IWF 150. not to forget this villa has a basement which is functioned for karaoke rooms.
Upon entering we were greeted with a very large family room and a very luxurious and large kitchen beside the kitchen there was a 2 meter deep koi pond.
In front of the family room and kitchen there is a large swimming pool.
For the living room, I make it modern, because guests here come from all the gedean people.
