wowstudio44, We made a design that is not young, and we managed to create a house design that is so unique, with teamwork finally realized, the house with a tropical theme, modern minimalist, with a 1floors view, but, this house has 2 floors.

not quite up there, the proud back house is 3 floors, maybe the buyers are happy only 1 floor but actually this house is 2 and 3 floors.

we see the walls which are coated with solid wood and equipped with creepers and trees

The terrace is directly on the main door and the focus is on the main kitchen with a cabinet and dining table with Italian marble which adds to the elegant kitchen area.

Desain kitchen and living room
​
when we are at the front of the house, we are welcomed with some beautiful views, especially when we are in the middle between the kitchen and the family room, we are made stiff, because of the extraordinary garden views and the sliding doors made of wood and full glass, thus making comfortable in this house.

Desain kitchen

This kitchen is made simple and elegant, on the right and left side, composed of solid wood jalousie, which is so neat and of course, we also use solid wood kitchen and do not forget also the kitchen has lighting from two sides and perfect smoke circulation.

to the right of it is the main staircase, which connects the front and back of the house.
Desain living room
​
This family room is functioned for the center to gather, and the details that can be seen here, the left side has already been mentioned the main stairs, but underneath the walls we coak so that we can breathe air from outside, because it has filtered dirty air with plants. also the concept of jalousie and cabinet, sofa, table, carpet and decorative lighting.
This family room makes guests or residents comfortable and comfortable, that is our mission and vision.

Roads and parks that have natural stone, which connects, between house 1 and house 2 below, so that the privacy is maintained, because it is closed with an extraordinarily beautiful garden.
there is a big tree, a banana tree and a ponytail with a mini elephant grass.

it's like being in a cool nature, so can the garden be seen from several rooms and don't forget too, which completes the vines from each of the 2 floors adds to the extraordinary impression.

This room is equipped with a mattress, TV, cabinet and jalousie. Behind the jalousis there is a dressing room, finishing is used on the walls of the natural room, with plafound and downlights, to the left there is a full glass slide door, granite floor so as to make the room more comfortable and healthy room.

This bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, closet.

The special thing about this bathroom is that it is semi outdoor, because the left side of the garden is open and the creepers are propagating from the 2nd floor yet so this bathroom feels cool and the air pentilation is extraordinary and different from other designs.

This we look towards the road from the stairs area, it is amazing we are welcomed with plants and fresh air, because the windows are open and made of solid wood with a roof frame exposed to steel in black duco paint finish.

This room is equipped with a mattress, TV, cabinet,desk and wardroub.
The view from the 2nd floor is indeed amazing, children learn will never be bored, because of the fresh air and beautiful scenery.
on the left there is a bathroom with the same concept as the 1st floor, natural wall finishing and granite floor which adds an exotic impression.
